(1HCC) Description: Nicole and Shane have spent the last six years working as an Estate Management team for executive clientele on informal to semi-formal estates. In their last position, they were in charge of the management of a 180 acre estate which consisted of 6 buildings, 27-stall barn, arena, and secondary vacation home. Nicole and Shane have worked with numerous staff members and have helped set up job descriptions, uniform policies, and training programs while overseeing various vendors throughout the estate. Both are proficient at internet research, Word and Excel programs, and spreadsheet creation. Shane has extensive experience working and maintaining various tractors and equipment and has cared for saline pools, hot tubs, and steam rooms. Nicole has experience with human resource management including time sheets, payroll, benefits, and resolving staffing disputes. Both Nicole and Shane have had extensive experience caring for farm animals and equines including care of health, feeding, and exercising of horses, goats, sheep, and game birds. As a married management couple of twenty years, they are very hands on and have a very clear understanding of staffing and private property needs.
